I have no idea the level of competition but I'm looking for

Team defense, #1. And team offense, #2.

We installed that new defense last year - Virginia-like I forget what it's called- but there were glimpses of when it worked really well and we would shut down offenses for long stretches. Obviously it didn't work near enough, but I recall Phillips emphasizing when it did work, they were all on the same page as a TEAM.

Ditto offense- I'd love to see 8-9 guys getting points, boards, assists, steals, etc. not worried about individuals.

Again, no idea the level of competition, I'd love to see us hold them under 60 and score close to 80.
