Big 12 and Pac 12 would be a good deal for both. PACN needs distribution and adding states IA, KS, OK & TX would help make the PAC20 with 8 members of the Big 12 and I'm sure FOX would jump at the chance of a conference network and help with getting distribution. PAC/FOX would control pretty much everything west of the Mississippi.
