Secondly, like communism, the reason it hasn't worked in other places is because it wasn't done properly. Like our schools it wasn't funded enough. However much it gets, will never be enough.
It needs unlimited money, that doesn't exist, so it will fail.
Liberals will say it's failed because it wasn't given enough funding.
