MAY be coming to end. The proliferation of the super-conference may spell the end of the NCAA as we know it. There has been plenty of talk about major conferences schools forming their own governing body. IMO it will just replace the NCAA with an equally corrupt and non-transparent organization but it would definitely make the NCAA much less powerful.
