set up a drive-though bbq place in the inner city (kinda like go chicken go) and instead of selling a $20 slab of ribs (which is unaffordable for the target demographic) you sell them individually by the ribs.....in a cup. $1.50 a short end rib, $2 a long end rib.

Then the purchaser can easily eat them in the car (well, their baby's momma's car) on their way to their location.
