adversity. I think it's become such a huge business that players transfer for business reasons in hopes of getting more exposure. If you aren't getting the PT to showcase your talents it just makes sense to try and go elsewhere to increase your exposure. And this isn't a sports-only issue. There was a time in the not too distant past where you were hired by a company out of college and you stayed there your entire life. But times have changed and seeking out the next greatest opportunity to make more money or get a better job is commonplace.
