Good coaches mess up plenty,

Look at all of the low-mid major coaches that loyally fail at high-major jobs every singly year. Look at Calipari going to the NIT and getting beat. I know the coaches have messed up some, but a lot of blame needs to also lie with the players. Are you one of those parents that never lets there kids fail? So that when they enter the real world they are unprepared?
