I believe it was Germany's last semester at tOSU and the word got out he had matched Bluto's GPA.

This was during the Glory Days of TB and the board had a field day with that, especially considering Germany had once committed (I believe) to Larry Smith, then stiffed him. Sorta like the Unforgivable Ryan Robertson

Please explain why this message is being reported.
