1. Trump isn't audited by accounting firms - that's a joke.


2. You wouldn't know if Trump broke any laws unless the was charged with criminal fraud. Trump could break laws & pay penalties - even willful intent or civil fraud and we would never know about it. The only way it becomes public w/b if he were charged w/Criminal fraud. For example, he could be involved in illegal tax shelters - it would likely never become public knowledge.

The IRS cannot comment on taxpayers' matters - the only time it becomes public is in a criminal matter (or the taxpayer discloses something.)
