I like when police departments have only blue lights

It's just a better look.
I like Puerto Rico's old system too. The police, fire, highway units, all drove around with their lights on all the time and the lights were color coded based on what department/jurisdiction they were with.
So if you saw blue lights behind you you know you could speed because they were cops dealing with real crime. If they were blue and green (or red and green I forget) you knew they were local cops looking for speeders.
They should always do that. There's nothing worse than getting crept up on by some cop trolling for speeders, especially now that the cops use cars that people drive like Explorers.
