see the field again, at least as the dominant force he was before. He was hurt, then he was hurt much worse than suspected and it was gonna be a long road back, then he was working his ass off but wasn't back to his playing weight, then Odom made, in hindsight, some very telling remarks that he had a lot of stuff to take care of...these are all classic symptoms of Mizzou Syndrome, i.e. when you think your alma mater is gonna **** the bed, all of these doubts start creeping in like a thousand little arrows. And today I was not disappointed.

And I'm not all that upset about Brantley because I figured it was a long shot.
