I had a very difficult class and we were taking a test. The prof wasnt paying attention to the class, and two asian guys that were sitting next to me were holding up their exams to compare answers. I didnt want to narc on them, but they kept doing it in plain sight.
So when I turned my test in, I pointed at them and said theyd been doing that for the full hour.
Not to drag this story out, but I expected them to have to take another test AT MINIMUM. But nothing. He told them to stop cheating and was happy with the punishment he had doled out.
They both probably got better grades on that test (and probably the class) than I did.
Funny side story: I was taking a communications class in the summer after my senior year (I was one Comm credit short of graduating). I was told to interview someone in the professional field that I was attempting to join. Well, I was already working in the field I was joining, so I made up an interview with a guy I worked with to spare us both the embarrassment of going through the motions.
I told the guy I worked with that I had done this, in case the TA called, and he got very mad. I had already turned in the assignment, so I was SOL. TA called, guy at work sold me out, and the TA told me he would do "everything in [his] power to get me expelled." I laughed in his face because he was drunk with power, which I assumed I would regret.
He came back a day later, after talking with the Dean, and I was to receive a zero for the assignment. I ended up with a B, which I didnt give a single sh*t about.
I am remembering how much I hated school.
