UCM is a better job than most low to mid major D1's

He made more $$$ at UCM than he would've at a lot of the D1 schools while having a chance to win a national title. Why go to some deadend D1 job that doesn't pay much or doesn't have a chance to win if you can win every single year and make more $$$ to boot?
