Shytting the bed in recruiting. Howell not qualifying. Cuellar not winning the starting job. McGovern mistakenly thought of as the next Mitch Morse. Boehm getting hurt on the 3rd play of the season and banged up from there on out. Abeln overwhelmed early and losing confidence. Crawford being moved around. Harris, Bailey, Pendleton, and Adams too young and not physical enough, although the latter did get snaps. Don't know how much to pin on Ricker, but certainly has to bear some responsibility.
