top 150 players and isn't coached by a hall of fame coach. Sure Bo Ryan might be able to do it (but he still had plenty of top 150 players on his teams) but it isn't a sustainable recruiting strategy for a major conference school despite the claims of many on this board. FAR more often when a coach is getting 150+ talent on a consistent basis they lose there job than they make the NCAA tournament.
