Nothing on that has changed except you move Gant down a column (a semantic change, not a numbers one).

This accounts for all possible outcomes for Payne and Clark, and we're in the clear either way.

So, as has always been the case, if our outgoing transfers end up at four-year schools, we have no problems. If any of them don't, then we're possibly at risk.
