that Kim Anderson could have bought himself a lot more leeway and possibly a 4th year if he would have admitted that his staff was lacking and basically started from scratch. But instead of doing that he chose to double down on the inexperience and hired Tate instead of an experienced assistant.

I believe that Kim's failure will likely come down to how terrible his staff has been and his inability and stubbornness to fix the problem.
