We had ample opportunity to act at the end of last season because we were the first program eliminated due to the self imposed postseason ban that even included conference tournament. We just didn't, it further blew up in our face, and we have another lost season ahead.

Got to try and minimize the APR penalties, take all of the self imposed penalties this year, don't sign anyone else, and find some way to get people to attend games and take the program reasonably seriously. We are going to have to significantly overpay to get a credible and viable candidate to take on this rebuilding job, and we don't have anyone in place that can try and overpay at this point.
