His was the first story I saw, I didn't read 'factual ones', but then select one where the author 'lied'.
Even if it turned out that his facts are wrong, and in fact your own assumptions may be wrong, you have no way of knowing if he was just relaying errors that were made by others, or had accidentally misread or misinterpreted things, or typed them out of order, etc.
But it looks to me as if the woman's original lawsuit alleges exactly what he said:
