Being "sick of watching a losing basketball program" does not fully explain the level of his comments. His comments are so obsessive he has begun to sound mental, and not in a good way.

I'm sick of watching losing basketball. But one needs always keep their perspective. It's not life and death. It's amusement. I want a winner. I'm not willing to settle for mediocrity. My work is hard work. I deal with excuse making criminals every day. I want to relax, not have to put up with another other person's whiny adult child as part of my recreation. It saps the enjoyment out of it, and I'm sick of it, as are many others here. There is no defense of his recent conduct, it is way past the line.
