guess that depends whether that would be considered 'legitimate nonsexual touching'
what you describe could be assault but not covered under Title IX.
Just realize, if we're talking snowflakes, just voicing an opposing opinion is considered a major affront. Think safe-spaces etc. From that mind set, a debate with an opposing viewpoint could be seen as 'creating a hostile environment'.
