championship game if not for playing in weak divisions. They were both vastly overrated and got blown out by a combined 39 points in the CCG's:
2007 Oklahoma 38 - Missouri 17
(The biggest win in 2007 was over the beaks, that tells you all you need to know about the schedule. Oklahoma held Mizzou to under 100 yards rushing and dominated both sides of the line of scrimmage. Chase Daniel was a heck of a player and this was probably a 7-5 or so team without him, even in the weak Big 12 North.)
2013 Auburn 59 - Missouri 42
(Auburn had 545 rushing yards and 667 yards of total offense, Tre Mason had multiple runs where he wouldn't have even been tackled in two-handed touch)
Our teams in the mid-late 70's, were probably as good or better than both these teams but played against much tougher competition.
