But using them:

Kim's team this year: 3 transfers (Woods, Geist, and should have had Payne) and Kim tried to get other 5-year guys.

Frank's last team: Punter, Biedschied, Bello, Price, and Post.

I guess I don't see the huge difference between the two coach's and the way they are building a roster. Frank Haith relied heavily on transfers because he turned over the whole roster in the first two years. After those initial two years, he slowed down on them and recruited mainly high school players and jucos. But Kim is doing it the right way and for some reason many claim Frank Haith did it the wrong way despite one being way more successful doing it his way.
