and the market is not likely to continue to "go up and up." Sports viewership is declining in certain segments and on major networks, but go right ahead with your delusion. Houston vs. Iowa State, kansas or Texas Tech certainly seem like compelling matchups for the major networks to pay the same dollars as premium match ups.

This is the kind of brilliant insight that has gotten the Big 12 to where it is today--falling behind in recruiting and revenue, and considered a laughingstock by every other major conference and fans across the country. As long as Texas gets what they want, every other member will continue to delude themselves like an abused wife that things are just dandy.

"The Big 12 is fine, everything's coming up roses. Nothing to see here, folks. Parts is parts."
