More money makes people smarter.
Or, fire the idiots, disband the union, stop hiring based on racial diversity and get teachers who can read.
In DC many years ago, a jr high teacher was asked by a student how to add fractions for his next class. Duh, she was stumped.
The principal and the union defended the teacher saying that she was not a math teacher. So stupid is ok.
Keep lowering those standards, libs. Then demand more money, more diversity and watch another generation of kids emerge from government schools with no chance in the world of succeeding.
