The future is based on how well we put that damage and the damage of a bad post-Adlen hire behind us. Mack Rhoades was a mid-major AD. Baylor being in turmoil was the only way he was going to stay employed at this level. Rhoades to ADs is what Haith is to bball coaches. Run before you're fired.
Odom is going to need help from the AD position to be successful. Placing facilities project on-hold and dealing with turmoil isn't going to help his cause. A successful AD hire is extremely urgent.
