Me neither, and also as a Texan I'd prefer the B12 go elsewhere. As to whether UH would pay for itself, I've read here and elsewhere several times that the TV contracts would be expanded accordingly.

Now if Herman is the Real Deal and stays, then a powerhouse FB program has been added. If not, then UH would dilute the brand IMO.
