Assuming Clemson and Tulane as our other opponents that gives a noncon opponent avg RPI of 183.5, below what the SEC mandated. But the key is that the SEC mandate applies to a 3 year RPI avg.
I didn't realize this, but although North Carolina Central is now terrible and ranked 315th in RPI, the prior 2 years they were quite respectable at 129th and 99th. That allows the avges for the 2015 and 2014 seasons to be in the 150 range, and I think a 3 year avg would come in under the mandate. We really benefit from having Xavier and Arizona on the schedule, they drastically pull all the rest of the opponents avg up.
