so that won't happen. Florida already has blocked FSU multiple times. USCe would do the same with Clemson. Everyone with cable is already paying for the SEC network in those states, so it wouldn't generate any more cash. Virginia and North Carolina are the states to expand into with the DC market attached. But with the new ACC GOR, I doubt that's happening.
