Sundvold Fonancial manages other people's money. It has relatively few employees indicates that Sundvold plays a critical role in the firm's success. He may well be irreplaceable. I.e. Clients who are used to dealing with him, who are sufficiently confident in his judgment and skills to let him manage their money, may not have that same level of confidence in a "replacement". Perhaps if he leaves, they leave and the business ceases being as successful.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
