co-op with some other hotels and got screwed on $$. Then I bet it switched co-ops and everyone said it would go under, but then became one of the best hotels in the east Philippines for 3 years. Then there was a protest from a wealthy wannabe rickshaw driver that made the hotel what it is today. A shell of itself. Time will tell if she returns to glory.
