Govt employees are more likely to die at their desk, than they are to get fired.
That's damning evidence that the poor performing, underworking govt employee remains year after year, getting worse, instead of being removed.
It's why govt always wants more money. they like to hire new employees to do the work that their lazy, corrupt employees won't. guees what, those new employees soon learn the drill, and become as worthless as the old ones.
