working at the distribution center in Liberty working with the team in stacker maintenance. (the lifts that put and extract pallets of merchandise into the stacks of shelving).
His boss went to take him to lunch the last day before he returned to college. Sitting in his bosses' Delta 88, he comments "this is a nice car". The Hall family wasn't much for extravagance and his father had to be convinced he needed to step up from a Honda Accord to something more fitting for the owner of one of KC's largest companies. He wouldn't buy a Cadillac and settled for a high end Olds.
