I was working on a radio project a few years ago and programmed a portable onto KCPD's talkgroups because I knew there would be activity to make sure my programming was correct.

Bunch of officers were working a graduation ceremony at one of the halls in downtown KCMO. It turned into a triple beeper before it was all over.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
