a handful of Oklahoma media entities have filed a suit to have the video released. I've seen references in stories that the victim is both joining the suit but also joining it in order to oppose it's release. I have not seen argument why it should not be released. The Oklahoman columnist -- Barry somebody or maybe Barry is his last name - wrote that he's seen the vidoe and remarked that it was "shot from distance". So maybe that's a hint that it's not that revealing. I would speculate that if the victim does not want the video shown it's because her lawyers believe their own damages suit stands on its own and isn't helped by the video (or hurt for that matter).
