but we do not have enough jobs for the lower skilled worker. Non-skill manufacturing jobs should be minimum wage with opportunities to move up in pay. Unions are a result of many manufacturing jobs moving overseas, but the lack of tariffs and free trade agreements are also to blame.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
