You are in fact not on the same page as me, perhaps that's my fault. Perhaps not.

There is no dispute in the face that removing officers from a volatile area is going to result in more crime. That's pretty obvious.

What is in question is whether or not we should stop finger pointing at the criminals or should we look to the root of the problem which is all of the things I've mentioned.
