I don't get it either. The female writer criticizes Bowlsby with "doesn't cause sexual assault" but that's not what he says. They are contributing factors to an environment that makes assault more likely, not the reason for the offender's actions.

"Eradicate" is the key word. You can preach to these kids (male and female) until they're blue in the face and SA won't be eradicated. Mitigated, yes, gone forever, not a chance.
