frequently has two or three officers there. That location is 24 hours and I have seen them there doing paperwork and sometimes they don't even appear to be eating. Mostly just drinking coffee. I think it is a wise policy given that it seems to attract them and make them feel like they are welcome while simultaneously providing a security presence at the restaurant.
