You are showing zero ability to understand anything. There's a lot more to say but what is the point.
In a very short answer, no that's not how it would work -- individuals would not make their own work schedules.
And in no literature on the subject does it ever say everyone makes the same -- so your comment about the janitor getting the same as an engineer is really stupid. In fact, it emphasizes the fact that everyone does not get the same.
Like I've said many times before, you have put zero effort into understanding this ideology. You only put effort into making useless hypotheticals like this one which are based in complete ignorance.
When (if) you ever put in some effort to understand this stuff then I will sit down and talk to you about it -- but as of now you can't come to the table of discussion and don't deserve my time.
