lose. Acting selfish and displaying a negative attitude almost never helps a team. You can get by with that if you're good enough to carry your team. Kobe was good enough to carry the Lakers when needed. Isabell was in high school as well. But he isn't in D1. At least not at this level. He needed to play within the team and for the team and he didn't appear to want to do that. I'm quite certain Phillips doesn't like losing either. But he doesn't act like Isabell did. He gives his all and generally displays a positive attitude with teammates. He knows it takes a team to be successful. Isabell never seemed to get that.
