of the window and saw a guy, mid 40's, standing at the back of their driveway (as in almost in their back yard). Their driveway is really long and goes past their house / garage before it goes into the back yard.

She walked out and this is how the conversation went:

SIL - Can I help you
Dude - No I am good
SIL - Well, you are on private property and I need to ask you to leave
Dude - Its ok
SIL - No it is not, you need to leave. Now.
Dude - Its ok...I am playing a game
SIL - I dont care, you either leave or I call the police
Dude - Fine (then mumbled some Pokemon reference)

WTF is wrong with people?
