You have to first identify a problem, before you solve it.
The reality is that cops do target blacks more often.
why? Because they commit crime at a much higher rate than anyone else in our society. 3 times the national average.

It's not racism, it's the ugly reality.
Math, 95% of cops aren't racist.
Cops do need to quit their ugly habit of protecting anyone wearing the uniform, and remove bad cops. My bet is the vast majority of cops involved in bad shootings have bad records.
Still, dems lefties and especially BLM demand we all agree that 100% of all cops are racist.
