The point, for me, is to strive to be a fan my coach can honestly say he wants courtside at every game.

"To me, there are three things we all should do every day. We should do this every day of our lives. Number one is laugh. You should laugh every day. Number two is think. You should spend some time in thought. And number three is, you should have your emotions moved to tears, could be happiness or joy. But think about it. If you laugh, you think, and you cry, that's a full day. That's a heck of a day. You do that seven days a week, you're going to have something
special." -Jim Valvano. former North
Carolina State coach

Palm Stuff - Information on the Palm computing platform.
|
|
Shelly and Brian are both heavy users of Palm computing devices. We use them for
everything from keeping track of appointments and tasks to tracking gas mileage in our
vehicles to playing games in those times when you have "a few moments" to spare. We'd
have a hard time functioning without them anymore...highly recommended. The following links
are good resources for info about and software for Palms.

What's on our Palms? This is the Palm
software we currently find useful:

"Quality is like oats...if you want good, clean, fresh oats, you have to
pay a fair price...However, if you want oats that have already been
through the horse...well, that comes a little cheaper..."

"What if there were no grownups? Suppose the whole idea
of grownups was just an illusion? What if their money was really just playground
marbles, their business deals no more than baseball-card trades, their wars only
games of guns in the park? What if they were all still snotty-nosed kids inside
their suits and dresses? Christ, that couldn't be, could it? " -Stephen King, Hearts in Atlantis
