Jazz is a German Shorthaired Pointer, owned by Brian and Shelly Haeffner. Jazz hails from Crestview Acres Kennels, owned and operated by Jim Gudermuth and located near Danville, MO.

Accomplishments to date:

• Whelped August 8, 1997
• Arrived at his new home on September 24, 1997
• Finished 2nd in Puppy class at the Spring 1998 Mid-MO QU Fun Trial - March 7, 1998
  Well, ok, there were only three puppies entered...but Jazz had a pretty good day. Finished with five finds, one bird bagged and retrieved, and one safety for a total of 115 points. Plus another find, bagged and retrieved, out of bounds. First place dog was a 10-month old Setter who had four finds, bagged and retrieved for a total of 132 points. If only Brian could shoot better!
• A maximum score of 112 Points and a Prize I in the NAVHDA Natural Ability Test at the Missouri Uplands Chapter's 1998 Spring Test on April 18.
• Hunted, pointed and retrieved a lot of birds!
