We do so much on it now, it's hard to remember how we got along without it.
Burgers, steaks, fajitas, brats, fried rice, cheesesteaks, breakfast spreads of pancakes/eggs/bacon/hash browns, even just veggies. I use that thing 2-3 times/week when it isn't freezing outside (and I've even used it a few times when it was below freezing).
For my smoker, which I got probably 4 years ago now, I just have an electric upright Masterbuilt 40". It does a great job, I think I only paid $200 for it but am sure it costs way more now. We smoke chicken in it very regularly, and have had great success with briskets, pork butts, reverse sear steaks are our favorite.
