The very title of the press release is:
New Evidence of Obama Administration Conspiracy to Subvert President Trump’s 2016 Victory and Presidency

If the previous report from several years ago was deemed credible at the time, it was based upon outdated evidence that the newly declassified evidens has now whown to have been intentionally distorted to the point of contradicting reality, all for treasonously political purposes. - Hardly something you should be attempting to hang your hat on, in my humble opinion.
