Wynn/Encore/Palazzo/Venetian for high class accommodations, Wynn has the best buffet.
Cross the street for some low class gambling in Treasure Island.

Treasure Island still has $15/hand 3:2 blackjack, can't find that anywhere else on the Strip. And when it's slow, they have $1/hand 3:2 stadium blackjack.
