DeBoer has won big everywhere, but does he have the personality for big time SEC? Sometimes great coaches don't do well in a particular spot as it's just not a fit. Guess we'll see how it plays out.

Has some Bryan Harsin potential. Not saying Harsin is as good a coach as DeBoer, but he's not as bad as he showed at Auburn. Just a terrible fit. Maybe DeBoer will adjust better.
