Great caution is warranted when Desiree Reed-Francois gets involved with large dollar projects like stadium renovations. These larger and more complex projects are rife with opportunities that Reed-Francois commonly looks to takes advantage of, to siphon off precious funds with things like no-show, no-work positions, and construction materials ‘falling off of trucks’, among other schemes, for her cronies and sharpies to fill or fence. Eyes wide open on this one, my friends, to stem the tide of Reed-Francois’ record of pilfering, pillaging and plundering, in peppering her Ragu’.
